Dr. Jennifer Koenig, DVM

Dr. Koenig grew up on a farm in rural Wisconsin. Her family owned and raised dairy cows, dogs, cats, horses, goats, and sheep. She spent her childhood days gallivanting about on her horse for hours and caring for all the other critters in the barn. Dr. Koenig’s family and friends were not surprised when she pursued a career in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Koenig completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She then continued her collegiate path at Iowa State University, earning a degree in 2006 from The College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Koenig practiced small animal medicine in Washington State for 15 years, and moved to Arizona with her family in 2022. As a veterinarian, she enjoys the diversity of general practice with a particular interest in preventive care, dermatology, and chronic disease management.

In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, hiking, photography, and spending time with family. Dr. Koenig looks forward to meeting you and caring for your feline family members for years to come!
